NEW Plaid Flannel Cotton Face Mask is 2 layers thick - the same construction as the Original 3D 3-Layer face masks but are 2 layers instead of
3 providing more breathability but still protection as recommended. All studies point the fit of the mask being as important as the fabric and number of layers. This high quality
flannel is thicker than a quilting cotton and the final mask, which not as thick as the 3-Layer, provides an excellent fit without gaps for most faces.
T-shirt yarn tie variation (97% cotton and 3% polyester) behind the head for ultimate comfort (the t-shirt yarn is upcycled from t-shirt
manufacturers off-cuts – utilizing what used to be waste) – if you prefer short ties behind the ears, the t-shirt yarn can easily be cut and converted by the user. The advantage of the
t-shirt tie is there is no pressure on your ears - stays put and so light.
Ear Elastic variation (100% cotton) has been securely sewn into mask multiple times for
